About Dmitriy

Dmitriy Pritykin is a New Orleans-based photographer. Born in the former Soviet Union, now Ukraine, he moved to New Orleans in 2006 and started photography in 2010. He picked up his camera and, as he puts it, “pointed it at EVERYTHING.”

Since then, Dmitriy has been exploring the world through his lens, with a particular love for capturing the raw energy of New Orleans’ second line parades, the action of sports events, and the diverse scenes he encounters in his travels, aiming to show authentic moments as they unfold.
